EARLY BIRDS REGISTRATION - PETCORE EUROPE’s ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2025

Save the date ​ 4th and 5th of February 2025 and register today to attend our 2025 event dedicated to the “Critical role of Innovation and AI in regaining EU competitiveness.” The Early Birds Fees are available until the 6th of October 2024 6:00 PM CET.

The objective of this in-person conference is to showcase the PET value chain successes and challenges in the shift from a linear to a circular model. The event will push the industry to take action and join in policy maker consultations to share its knowledge and to encourage them to swiftly develop useful & clear regulations.

 

This two-day conference will feature high-level interventions from the EU institutions and business community touching on a wide range of issues, including circularity, competitiveness challenges, regulatory and legislative changes, technology evolution and many others. There will also be Technical Interventions from all PETCORE EUROPE Working Groups, followed by a Q&A session with experts from the PET industry & the audience, where participants will have a chance to pose questions and share their views in real time.

 

At the Annual Conference 2025 we will once again feature an Innovation Session presenting ground-breaking initiatives from across the PET value chain. ​ Companies and organisations are invited to summarise their latest projects in not more than 10 lines and submit them to maria.trofimova@petcore-europe.org for consideration. They will be evaluated promptly and those projects to be presented at the Annual Conference 2025 will be confirmed by 15 November.

PET (PolyEthylene Terephthalate) is a strong but lightweight form of polyester. It is used to make containers for soft drinks, juices, drinks, water, edible oil, fresh food and dairy as well as household cleaners and other non-food applications. PET bottles and food containers, such as sheets and trays are perfectly recyclable while they help to reduce CO2 emissions and food waste.
